Could you use a fresh infusion of passion for igniting your faith? If so, I’ve got fabulous news for you!
A couple of weeks ago, one of my favorite authors, Heather Holleman, put a post on Facebook looking for volunteers to serve on the launch team for a new book. I had no idea what that meant exactly, but I jumped at the chance to participate!
Since then, I’ve read the first two chapters of “Sent: Living a Life that Invites Others to Jesus,” co-authored by Heather’s husband, Ashley. With close to 20 years wholeheartedly invested in full-time ministry, the Holleman’s deliver a much-needed dose of joy and renewed purpose to the Christian faith.
Within the first few pages, Sent awakens the desire to exercise our spiritual muscles and increase our effectiveness for God’s Kingdom. With fresh insight and practical strategies, the book equips believers to turn ordinary interactions into divine appointments that bring hope to a nation in desperate need of healing.
Unlike any other book I’ve read on evangelism, Heather and Ashley uniquely and accurately portray the priceless gift offered to believers through Jesus and the Great Commission. Like breadcrumbs along a forest path, they redirect us to what seems to be a long-forgotten truth; it is a privilege and honor to be invited to serve alongside King Jesus in the greatest rescue mission this world will ever know!
The publishing date for Sent is Tuesday, August 4th, 2020. Reserve your copy on Amazon here: Sent: Living a Life That Invites Others to Jesus
Sending peace, love, and prayers to all!
